Located in the prestigious river road corridor, this high-profile, free standing building has excellent frontage on River Road and is home to Banner Alzheimer’s Institute.  This ground up 15,000 sq. ft. build to suit sits on approximately two acres and was completed in February 2020. The building is part of a multi-use project called Hacienda at the River which encompasses an assisted living and skilled nursing care community unlike any other; designed to replicate the character, feel an detail of the historic ranches and haciendas that once existed along the Rillito River and throughout southern Arizona.  Banner Alzheimer’s Institute is committed to ending Alzheimer’s before we lose another generation.  At this center, please with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias and their families access a new standard of care that bring together innovative therapies, advanced treatments and valuable resources.  It is also the home of the Lewy Body Dementia Center that  will serve as a centralized care site to address a wide range of medical and non-medical needs, including exercise and wellness services, family support, and community education. It will begin seeing patients in the summer of 2021 and it will be a game-changer, connecting families and caregivers so they know they’re not alone.
