The initial cash equity purchased the land and will improve the parcel to a “finished pad” status. This means all the grading, utilities, paved parking lot, landscaping will be complete; just no building for this phase!
During the improvement of this parcel, Buzz Isaacson of CBRE will be marketing this site to a user. Once the user is identified we will build the building the their specifications under the standard guidelines of a credit worthy long term lease.
